Job Responsibilities
Enebacken is now looking for a new team member for our home investigation team!
At Enebacken's home investigation team, we work with families where institutional placement is not an option. The home investigation team conducts in-depth investigations in the home environment as well as interaction assessments. The target group is families with children aged 0–12 years and older siblings up to 18 years. The work mainly takes place during office hours Monday to Friday, but evening and early morning activities may occur as needed.
Benefits of working in Enebacken's investigation team:
- High mandate and flexibility in the work
- Opportunity to shape interventions in close collaboration with children and parents
- Few cases at a time, with close cooperation with at least one colleague
- Supervision every other week to deepen perspectives in the cases
The main task is to investigate the child's needs and the parent's ability to meet these, with a particular focus on attachment and interaction between parent and child. You will work in-depth with families' often complex issues. The investigation period varies between approximately 5 and 9 weeks depending on the nature of the assignment. Investigators meet the family 2–4 times per week and gather information through interaction observations, conversations with parents and children, reference calls, case studies, and assessments. The work is done in close collaboration in two teams and places high demands on good cooperation and communication skills.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work (or equivalent) and experience in social work with children and parents, as well as knowledge of interaction and attachment-based work. Experience from social services or investigations in institutions is an advantage.
It is also advantageous if you have knowledge in:
- Methods or tools with an attachment perspective
- Signs of Safety or other solution-focused approaches
- Step 1 training or equivalent
- Trauma and violence in close relationships
The job requires both independent work and good collaboration skills. You should be development- and solution-focused, proactive, and enjoy working together with others. A well-developed ability to reflect and analyze as well as good writing skills are desirable. We value commitment, participation in the organization, clear communication, and a good approach.
Flexibility in both tasks and methods is important. It is crucial that you can listen to the needs of families, the organization, and the clients and develop the work based on these.
You need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Other languages are an advantage.
